OFCCP Section 503 and VEVRAA Final Rules Compliance Conversion Kit
Fox, Wang & Morgan is making available to its clients and the general public, all of our 40 unique forms (consisting of 3 different kinds of revised/updated AAPs, 9 notices, 6 clauses, and 16 evaluations/audits/surveys, etc.) that federal contractors need to comply with OFCCP’s new final Section 503 and VEVRAA regulations, which are scheduled to become legally effective March 24, 2014.
Our forms will service your needs regardless of whether you are combining your 503/VEVRAA AAP or creating separate 503 and VEVRAA AAPs (as many federal contractors are now electing to do). A detailed inventory listing the various forms, clauses, and evaluations, etc., which is correlated to the OFCCP’s regulatory requirements, will also accompany the forms. Purchasers may opt to receive the Compliance Conversion Kit documents via CD ROM or FTP site download.
All purchasers will have to sign a standard Licensing Agreement agreeing to use the Compliance Conversion Kit contents only for your company and its wholly owned subsidiary corporations and/or parent corporation. Human resources consulting companies, Affirmative Action Plan creation companies and law firms will be required to pay Fox, Wang & Morgan an additional small royalty for each use of one or more of the Conversion Kit forms, notices, clauses, etc. with a third party.
The price for the Compliance Conversion Kit is $3,000 for the general public. Fox, Wang & Morgan clients, National Employment Law Institute, seminar/webinar attendees, and Direct Employers members are eligible for substantial discounts. Please contact us for discount pricing information.
The Compliance Conversion Kit will be delivered in the manner you prefer upon our receipt of your signed License Agreement and payment. Payment may be made by check or wire transfer.
